A flagship office building was designed for the Real Business Center, which was commissioned by Inversiones Centenario. Located at the intersection of Santo Toribio Avenue and the Central Road of the Business Center, in San Isidro, Lima. The building is noted by its transparency and its sober and noble materials. The facade is built by concrete, glass, and wood mesh, achieving a dense and permeable look at the same time, under the “core and shell” philosophy. Thanks to the purity of the materials and the smooth geometry of the design, the visual transition between exterior and interior are done naturally for both the pedestrian and the office user. The “Real Ocho” tower offers generous common spaces: three auditoriums and a restaurant on the first floors.
